Has rod Stewart ruined a good song. Or is it as good as original, or is it better. I think he did a good attempt but original is still the best.

Oh Grace just hold me in your arms and let this moment linger. Now there's a song that will be stuck in your head for the rest of the day ??????

No clue what song you are even talking about, so I doubt it is going to be stuck here.

I defo don’t think his version is the best but I liked how he explained it to the audience my face by far is the one the centenary that Mary blacks (I think) sang it. It was brilliant

I don't think he ruined it, in fact he's now given such a sad and tragic story a more international platform

Waterford City

I think Danny O’Reilly and Roisin Os version is amazing. I get goosebumps every time I hear it.

belfast

I love the song now

It really brings home the sacrifice of these young lads at that time

I lived through the troubles in Belfast

And unusually for my interest in the song im not catholic

I think he did a good job. I like how he explains it beforehand.
