It's a non-runner either way OP. If you're really an employer you know this. If you send her your pic, she knows who you are and you leave yourself open. If you offer her the job, she may suspect its for the wrong reasons and can always hold that over you. If you don't offer her the job, she may assume it's for the wrong reasons and accuse you of discrimination. |

That was my initial reaction too... And it probably is a fantasy. But when you think about the way most members tend to chat to people within their own geographical areas (as its more likely that you can meet them), it does increase the chances of you stumbling across someone you've met professionally, or even interviewed. It might not be as unlikely as you might think. |

Sound advice there. You want absolutely no connection to this woman if you value your job. Be nice and just say thank you for the pics they're lovely but just not for you.
Oh and if she does get the job...don't go there !! |
