I'm sure most of us a one time or another have picked up a full blown injury or even a lil niggle from our physical pastime of NSA. I myself twisted my knee which became all swollen and impossible to walk on on a meet...old cartiledge injury. Luckily my meet had steroid pils so I was able to treat it immediately. I've also cramped when in full flow.
Anyone want to share what injuries they've experienced during sex lot tips for avoiding injuries ?
Do you warm up first before sex or stretch afterwards ??? |

I've gotten cramp once or twice and almost fainted once or twice during bondage play.... Had a horrible allergic reaction to a play lube once that left my foof looking like Jackie Stallone's smile for a few days.... And a bruised coccyx last year after we both fell out of bed. All unintentional and quite funny to look back on  |

Fractured one ankle and sprained another leaving an mmf at 3am and falling down 4 steep concrete steps in the dark. Thought they were both broken. Even in my agony I was too embarrassed to call for help so had to crawl for my taxi, was nearly sick in the car. Told the guys after spending 10 hours in a&e they both thought it was funny! |

Seriously these are getting funnier as i read on lol. I have not had any really just a current injury in my back/hip can lock up sometimes. So i have to change positions with it, nothing to extremely really. Oh one time a guy tried to fist my ass and ended up tearing skin. He actually did not really know what he was doing. Lesson learned from that. |

I had a guy tied up in door restraints. He joked that they wernt strong enough to hold him and tried to yank free from them. He was right. They snapped sending his fists flying into my face. I was fairly dazed after that punch.  |
