Chicken fillet roll is always a safe bet.. I only ask because I was told going for a jog the morning after is a good cure and I nearly got sick at the thought of it haha  |

Bit of an unorthodox one here but I've found that a bowl of steamed vegetables and a walk works for me.
If I eat any carbs at all as a first meal with a hangover my heart races for hours and it feels 10 times worse.
I immediately feel better after the veg and walk. |
