If you shave every day with blades ( so not a weirdy beardy), when do you change for a new blade ?. How long can you go?. I’m a change once a week on a Monday morning man.

I was fortunate to try electrical shavers, many years ago and never looked back.

I used only the highest models from Philips, Panasonic and Braun.

Panasonic is my favorite, followed very closely by Philips.

Braun hasn't convinced me and their foils stop cutting well, much sonner than the others.

Just, my two cents.

Change my blade after every shave, its not the blade dulling for me that's the problem its bacteria builds in the blade which causes break outs. Always use blades as I find the same with electric razors even the self cleaning 1's

I used electric well into my 20’s. But one day went to a Turkish barber prior to attending a wedding for a cut and shave. OMG - the difference. My face was smoother than a babies bum. Went blades from that day on. Maybe electric has got better over the years. Interesting how blades have gone from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 over the years . I use a 5 blade but how many more blades they gonna add ffs?

Pro tip...after shaving rinse ur face off with cold water immediately..think it closes up ur pores and avoids soreness .. or something like that

In the early days of me shaving, I had the same problem.

But I was lucky, as with time my skin got used to the electrical shaver and the irritation from the skin cuts/abrasion diminished.

I always found the wet blade shaving, to be a much better/closer shave, but I prefer the convenience of the electrical shavers. I shave 5 or 6 days a week, so for me, convenience was the key.
