Ladies, what are the qualities you find attractive in an older man?

A question for the ladies, but all feel free to join in. Comparing UK and Irish forums, the average age is younger among Irish fabbers. Yet, there are many older men here and some find it difficult to get a meet. You decide for yourself what older might be for you. But what qualities do you find attractive in the older fabber? |

The experience, confidence and the certain calmness that comes with age. The chances that they have something to prove to themselves is way smaller, but cherish what they get, take their time to enjoy and return the pleasure. |

At my age, an older man needs two things, a big bank account and a dicky ticker.
I jest of course, but truth be told, I have never been attracted to men more than a couple of years older than myself. And at this stage, any qualities of confidence, maturity etc should surely have been attained by men of my own age and a few years younger. |

I started this thread in response to a few threads in the UK and Irish forums. There's lots of affirmations in favour of the older man that guys can add to their profile. Thanks DH.

As an older gentleman I feel I've lived life to the fullest and have a lot of life experience, sexual experience, honed humour and most of all an attitude of being happy in my own skin with nothing to prove to myself or anyone. It's very liberating when you are sure of yourself and don't really give a damm as to what anyone else thinks of you. Topped with being in better shape than I was when I was 17 I feel as a lover / sex partner I'm streaks ahead of the under 30 me. I'm outside the age filters of many women and think what a shame and how shortsighted of them but view it as their loss. |

I think we should meet for a pint and chat some time. I could see lots of women here admiring your qualities, and your physique. In fact, I'd say if you were busy fabbing in the UK, your body would be worn out. I've lived in European countries where age difference plays little importance in relationships and its very common to meet couples with a 25 year age difference. However, in Israel, a difference of a few years is considered too much.Thanks Commando. |

Definitely not. I met people both genders and different age and it is all about personality, manners, respect and patience.
I can honestly say that met just one man 40+ whom I can trust and with whom I have really good connection. Pity.

I’ll probably get killed for this but in general , I don’t like older men espically older Irish men or even men around my own age , I find they just don’t look after themselfs well .
I am no gym bunny but i train at least 4 times a week and try to watch what I eat (mostly ) and I’m attracted to guys who are the same . |
