Imagine if the floor around your seat gave way and you fell through hurtling towards the ground but it would be ok cause youre still wearing a seatbelt or imagine if the engine seized sure youd just crash and die |

"Im terrified of flying ...valium is the only reason i can go anywhere ...take some "
This go to the doc and get some , just make sure you don’t drink as well , low dose will take the edge off for you |

Maybe it will be one of them dodgy ones that are falling out of the sky these days.
Just make sure you delete all your porn, so when they search your stuff after the plane crashes they wont find anything. |

You will be grand , look a plane is just a bunch of metal powered by extremely volatible fuel , nothing can go wrong there , and the landing if its shaky dont worry its just cross winds that the pilot can easy sort , if it happens think of it as a fun roller coaster ride .
I am not really used to the landing part too cause i used to jump out of the planes before they landed .
Anyway jokes apart you will be grand just find something to distract you , music , book , a movie on your laptop |

I hate flying but doesn't stop me travelling a lot.
Practice NLP...I pretend I'm on a train...train your mind to believe you are doing something else..
Don't mind take off and landing it's the turbulence that gets me
Best of luck OP |

I can't help you man, I love flying.
Is it a fear of the plane crashing or is it a fear of just being stuck on the plane and not being able to get out?
From what I understand, most people who are afraid of flying are more afraid of the feeling that once they're on the plane they can't get off.
If this is the case with you, I would say just keep reminding yourself that you chose to get on the plane and that you want to go to your destination.
Ask yourself, do you really want to get off the plane or do you want to go and enjoy your trip?
Hopefully you will find that you actually don't want to get off the plane at all and you're just building up the anxiety in your head for nothing.
Hope this helps. |

Just think of it as an sexual act, all the excitement at the beginning, butterflies in the tummy, the stewardess give you a smile with eye contact checks if you are bondaged in, the engines roar, the plane speeds up, rises and rises, balls thighten up with the landing gear brought in, through the clouds with the first shaky pushes until the plane stabilises above, captain speaking, yes it's a threesome, 'we have arrived at 5000m altitude, flying at full speed', blue sky and the sun and you get into the rhythm, it feels like heaven, the stewardess serves you a refreshment, going through some turbulence with a position change, finding the rhythm again until captain speaking '10 minutes to landing', back sown through the clouds with some hefty bumps until you land that load safely and hand clapping for the enjoyable journey. Stewardess speaking: i hope you enjoyed the trip and we hope to welcome you on board again. |

My GP refuses to give me anything even though the anxiety affects me for at least a week before the flight. A well known rescue remedy and gin usually help me through it...but the drawback is that I can’t drive when I get to the other end |

Aha! That explains why I saw a wet patch on the airplane seat
You'd obviously been on the inbound flight |
