Tadalafil is a generic for Calis which is a lot safer than Viagra if you have high blood pressure and a lot cheaper, we buy from Medexpress on line great service try 10mg first and if needed increase to 20mg |

I get tadafil all the time from and online doctor , yes the put up a questionnaire but in case of high blood pressure it's better check with a GP first all this tablets will affect your blood circulation so better safe than sorry , but hey just my humble opinion don't tell people it's great get it online you will be grand |

Sorry Tantra, not necessarily true. Im in this field....Sildenafil (viagra) was originally researched as an anti-hypertensive (to lower blood pressure) when they discovered an interesting side effect! The blood vessels are opening which in theory should lead to a lowering in blood pressure, however, regardless, if you have any cardiac issues, medication, always consult your GP. ALWAYS! Don't be buying stuff online if you have a cardiac history and/or medication. |

Thought the generic cialis wasn’t available in Ireland yet. Dr ED issue prescription to bring to chemist but said generic cialis not available to Ireland yet
