We ALWAYS have a sunday roast.Usually chicken with roasties and mash and veg. But roast pork today, with roasties mash and veg.

Dessert will be whatever ice cream is in the freezer.

I cook every day myself. Sunday's dinner is always 3 course. It depends what my children want.

Today is pumpkin soup sprinkled with black sesame seeds, main: roasted duck breasts (for me is roasted eggplant with tomato salsa) with roasted potatoes, few raw veggie salads and for dessert vegan chia cheesecake

I do a roast every Sunday with all the trimmings. My favourite part is always the dessert.
