This now turning to Instagram and Facebook some females now begging for there pictures to be fab,may I ask what's the reason behind asking ppl to fab your pictures?? |

Raises folk's profile and gives them a wee confidence boost.
It'a nice when someone appreciates your pics but asking for Fabs just seems a bit desperate to me. |

Every photo that is fab'd gives a small release of dopamine in the brain. Same chemical released that can lead to addiction in a wide variety of other aspects of peoples lives. |

The algorithm ranks accounts with higher engagement. So if your pictures are getting a lot of fabs, your account will organically be shown to more users.
That and narcisism. |

Of course they can. The vaaaaaaaaast majority of women couldn't give a flying fuck about these competitions. Stop focusing on the few who do. |

I think it must....as in real life, there will always be a newer, fitter model waiting in the wings to jump in and snatch the top spot away from you.
