Wondering if it would be worth invest and open a club in wexford , let's see how many would be visiting , I know will get loads of reply from guys and some fake profiles but I will figure out who is who ha ha |

If it was located in Wexford town, well-run by someone who knows what they're doing, very discreet and scrupulously clean... Yep. No problem  
In the middle of nowhere, seedy/dirty, or an uncontrolled free-for-all... Not so much  |

Yes I am thinking close to town , nothing shady in the middle of no where , though it's easier to get a place slightly outside town , only place around town would be the industrial estate near Lidl or a house .
Of course discretion and cleanliness are a must |

oh come on in fairness its fairly crowded the industrial estate near lidl is surrounded by homes with a big community around it |

Think what you need to do is select a very small group that are genuine from here, who are interested and run all ideas via pm no locations or too many details on forum |

Yes I put the idea out in the forum but won't go in details here , it's still an idea , a project ongoing just needed to see the interest on it to know if it's worth invest |

Before you invest in a club be sure it will at least cover your initial outlay,running costs and know the risks involved in running a club in Ireland eg would you be happy with a rag doing a story on you ?
Saying that people will travel for a well run club |

My plan is more like an exclusive one not open to everyone not looking to get profits from it .
The rag do a thing on me I don't mind .
I have been looking options but as I said this post was to see the interest on a place down here |

if you open it like the English clubs and have their standard of facilities you would likely do extremely well. Wexford is about about an hour from most parts of the southeast. hotels aren't as expensive as they are in Dublin. it's actually a good idea location wise. |

try set up a project development group of Fab users in the area, there are some well verified fabbers in ur area...they can then make enquiries via their own contacts ... you could try doing an opinion poll but will people tell you the truth...people likely to be more honest with like minded friends.
UK clubs & the various holiday resorts are setting a high bar for you to reach, but if you are to convince people not to fly out of the country that is the standard...wexford, home of the Irish Chameleons...best of luck |

Thanks it's still a project lots to set up before I even make a move doing some prosprection in market see what places are for sale / rent get an idea of full investment |
