There usually has to be some sort of event on I think. Last year I saw a truck driver being flashed from a bunch of girls travelling to Electric picnic at 8am in the morning..

I have a vague recollection of girls doing it.

This was 35-40yrs ago, when CB radios were popular but haven't seen it since.

I do recall seeing a lot of boob flashing at the GnR Use Your Illusion gig at Wembley stadium.

Thoughtful camera men would focus on likely lassies up on shoulders of others and once they realised they were on the 50ft screens Hola!
