Today definitely a long bath with epsom salt and essential oils. Usually shower works for me  |

Love a bath but it's been over a decade since I've had one.
In fact the last time I had a bath was in a hotel in Amsterdam where after 4 days I felt so unhealthy and low on energy that I sat in the bath for an hour and ate a bag of apples. |
