I feel your pain,,,, literally
I suffer with mine, when it goes I could be down for 3-4 months at a time.
Obviously I'm not going to go that length of time without sex, I'd crack up. So I get Niall to ease me up onto my knees and we manage that way.
Maybe put a pillow under your back at the sore point to give yourself that bit of support so your lady can straddle you
