Speaking from an organisational perspective I know how difficult and challenging it is trying to put these things together... You're not always going to be able to include or please anyone and that is, regrettably, deeply unfortunate...
But well done on sticking your neck out and putting something together for the Galway region.

It's an organiser's prerogative to invite as they choose, not least to have some kind of balance. Anyone who doesn't get invited by others is always free to set up their own event. |

Exactly can't imagine how many pms he received for invites so hard to keep numbers even. Unless a sausage fest was wanted. Think anyone who didn't get invited should just say a time to meet tonight and see who's interested and pick a spot to meet. |

Exactly and every social there's always a limit on numbers. Believe me as an event organiser it's a lot of hard work doing them. Specially when you are running the event yourself. Best of luck tonight and with the huge demand in Galway I'm sure it's the first of many |
