just had an issue with eircom about my wifi,so said id share it just in case others have eircom,
my wifi has been acting the maggot the last couple of days,,and i was too busy to contact them till today,now the problem was that sometimes i could connect to net,and others i couldnt,i couldnt sign into messenger,but i was always connected to skype,,so i rang them after resetting router and reinstalling my wifi adapter,,
apparently,eircom are meant to be sending new settings to all customers over the last few weeks,,we arent meant to notice an interruption.
so he gave me some info to fix my settings,if anyone else is having problems with eircom wireless,,then please go ahead and call them as its a simple thing to do and speeds your connection up |
