Is my cooker a time machine?

So, on the cooker in the house I moved into there is a button which says 'stop time' next to it. I'm pretty sure there used to be an 'r' on the end that has faded or rubbed off over time.

Should I really take that chance though? What might happen if I'm wrong and time does actually come to a standstill?

Just make sure you’re doing something super fun or looking at something smoking hot when you press the button!
