Sour dough sandwich with spiced beef, my homemade pickled beetroot and potato salad. Washed down with a big mug of tea. Mmmm.

Salad of Mixed leaves, Feta cheese, beetroot, green olives, sundried tomatoes, mixed seeds with a bit of chicken and honey and mustard dressing.
