My neighbors recently built a small extension to their house. It consists of a ground floor bathroom and shower. It faces directly onto my kitchen window. They have a 21yr old daughter who has always been flirty with me but has went no further than just that. Recently she has started to shower in the new extension without pulling the blinds. She even leaves the window open to stop steaming up. She then stands and drys herself in full view of me. I mentioned to her last week that she should close the blinds to which she replied Sure it’s nothing you haven’t seen before? She is stunning looking. What should I do guys xx |

There's two ways to look at it. If she is showering then drying herself off knowing rightly you can see it and has said to you "Sure it's nothing you haven't seen before" (that's a classic flirt line) then she wants you to make the move.
The other way you can play it is to stand in front of your clear window naked doing whatever, I dunno..... wanking into your breakfast cereal, holding the milk bottle on your groin and stroking it suggestively, etc etc and if she sees anything and acts offended you've always got the excuse you're just being at ease in your own home the same way she is. Just make sure other neighbours don't see you or her parents. Lol

Guys I kid you not. As I write this she has just stepped into the shower again this morning. We live in the country and our houses are about 30 meters apart. She knows im always up early and does this most mornings |

Op I have something similar.
The house over the back has a tidy 21 year old and in winter when the leaves are off the trees I can see right into her bedroom. Always gets changed in front on her mirror and what a sight.
I have not mentioned anything to her as I dont want those blinds being used. |
