"Ship has never sailed into Liverpool
Premiership "
Defo wrong on that one blackburn won and lifted the premiership trophy in anfield in 1995 on final day of season
So premiership has certainly sailed into anfield

Last two games were sketchy alright and against opponents you would have expected them to beat.
I thought after the loss to City we would find out if they are still business as usual but it looks like the pressure is mounting now. Palace gifted them 3 goals yesterday and only a penalty could see them past Brighton last week.
But, how many titles have United won over the years where they scraped through more than a few games with mediocre performances? It's said that it's the hallmark of champions.
The difference though, was that United had bottle and experience. I honestly don't think Liverpool have what it takes to see it through. One more defeat and City are 1 point behind them, providing they win their games of course, and then there's no room for error. City's experience will play a huge factor and I think will carry them over the line. This is coming from a Liverpool fan so I hope I'm wrong of course. |
