We'd be very dubious of kits sold online, regular visits to your dentist and hygienist and they'll professionally recommend what treatment you need, including teeth whitening |

that's what I thought. Those stuff online and in pharmacies, you wouldn't know what they contain

You dentist will take moulds of your teeth top and bottom and get a perfectly fitting plastic mould made, they will supply you with the gel that you put into the mould and wear it at night as you sleep, does a great job in no time, wouldn't trust any online stuff personally  |
