Too many to pick one but the last few days I've been getting my goosebump fix from The Clash 'Ghetto Defendant'.

Joe Strummer's voice is beautifully rough.

So much great music out there so my tastes are pretty eclectic.

Some go to tunes of mine to get the feet going could range from Chic - Good Times to Bruno Mars - Uptown Funk....

Feel good tunes could be Florence and the Machine - Shake it out to Foxes - Amazing...

Training tunes from The Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger to Foo Fighters - All my life...

But I’m a soul man at heart

Sam & Dave - Hold on, I’m comin’

Curtis Mayfield - Move on up

Classics!
