I recognized someone here, not really someone I know but more a friend of a friend. I stupidly mailed them and said are you blah blah, they said no so I thought ok my mistake. Then they came back and said how do you know I'm blah blah. I said you came up on Facebook on my recommended friends list as your friends with someone I know. I'm sorry I did so, I really just wanted to get a chat with her and who knows as she seems nice, but I think I scared her off. Needless to say I won't be recognizing anyone else again on here  |

Yes,
We've bumped into friends and work colleagues on here at parties, clubs and meet&greets..
Just went up to them and said hello and confirmed that were all here for the same reason and discretion is guaranteed. We've never had any drama from it

Two ways to recognize someone:
1. Are you blah blah? (Never a good idea).
2. Hi, I'm such and such and I know you from there and there.
Both happened to me, all the first ones are blocked tho (I dont play "I know you are but you don't know who I am" games  |

Exactly. Don't think many people would mind that much getting recognized as long as they knew by who and that person would be up front about it |

Was once recognised in a shopping centre and then followed around. Wasn't a nice experience especially as I had a child with me. Ended up getting out of there. The guy had no concept of privacy at all. Carmel x |

Then he went as far to say I won’t send you a pic as I’m discreet but do you want to meet me in a car park so you can see who I am? Ehhhh piss off!

We seen neighbours on cam, well they live about 1/4 of a mile from us. Obviously pissed up as she let the laptop slip a few times and exposed her face several times. We never said anything to them on here or otherwise. We always have a laugh to ourselves when we meet them in the street or pub |

We have come across 6 profiles on here who we know and meet someone at party . Thankfully only two profiles know us and one of them are just over the road a couple of miles but are very discreet about there extra curricular activities like ourselves. |
