Us fellas have it tough, we could get off with a “good looking” woman on a night out and they could look completely different a few days later . No make up, no false eye lashes,no push up bra’s, no Spanx, no fake tan, no hair extensions, no false nails. Some women should be done for false advertising |

What ever the lady needs to make her feel better is ok with me, but just a little less makeup on some, it must cost some ladies a fortune in make up the way they layer it on, I’ve seen less on clowns |

Barely wear any make up... ever
No fake hair, rarely a bra, no false tan, matter of fact never even tried it, never whitened my teeth, don't know how false eyelashes work, don't even pluck my eyebrows. Only weakness is false nails. Love them. |

What you see is what you get with me. I like it now a then to get all done up,But it's not a every day thing. Where I feel I can't function if I don't have make up on.
But each to their own. But I do totally understand where you guys are coming from it is unfair. As they wouldn't touch ye if ye were a certain way. |

Lady’s wear makeup not because they are vain. Not because it’s false advertising. Not because they think by doing so it will get them the attention they desire. They do it, in my opinion, because it makes them feel feminine and well played lady’s. You do a stand up job. Proof is in the penile stand up. As for the lads? Ask any lady. Do men get more distinguished with age? |

No I think make up and hair extensions etc are just enhancers. Well turned out women are great and I think fair play to them for having the time and making the effort to do it all. Nice to see when people make an effort in general. Mind you I hate those scouse eyebrows and nowt worse than too much make up or fake tan. |

You may ask yourself why there's a desire to 'feel femine'? And you'll find the answers in the reasons you listed at the beginning of your post and some more you forgot to mention such as insecurities, low self-confidence, social pressure etc.
Don't get me wrong I'm not opposed to make up, I apply make up myself in moderation. But there's no point in camoflaging the reasons with verbal make up.
