Ok... been here a while, met the odd person (very odd). No verifications as yet, but not that bothered.
Peculiar thing happened earlier. I got a 'friends' request from a couple. Now I've not got couples down as a preference. Plus I was way outside their age range. They were early 20's.
They've viewed my profile as well.
Obviously I could not send a message till I accepted the request.
Then I noticed that as per GPS they were within a mile of my location. Now as I live in the middle of nowhere, any neighbours I have as known to me, plus none are in the age bracket. Also their location was listed as a different part of the country.
A fairly established profile, they had verifications that seemed genuine enough.
So, I accepted the request, sent them a message, then deleted the 'friend'.
They've not been on line since this began, which to me is odd. If I'd viewed a profile, and sent a friends request, I'd wait a bit to see if they responded, 'specially as it's more likely that a male will respond much quicker than a couple.
So... opinions, is it fake, or could it be someone who lives nearby curious as to who I am ? |

Never any intention to meet, just being nosey as to who you were. |
