I found the metal rings to work best.
A 45/47mm or 1 1/2” is the average size, then you can guess your size from there. Too small, hurts and turns everything purple, too big and is useless, and falls off. The proper size when hard may hurt a little bit but not to much.
Best way to size it is take an 1 1/2” deep impact socket and stuff your cock and balls into it. If it fits, you know your size!
