Wikipedia defines sexual addiction as "... a term used to describe the behaviour of a person who has an unusually intense sex drive or obsession and addiction with sex."
As someone who thinks about sex 30 hours a day, 400 days a year I think I can safely say I'm addicted.
Are you a sex addict or can you take it or leave it? |

No, I like balance in my life, if any one thing was dominating my thoughts or I was allowing it to control my actions to the detriment of my relationships or my mental or physical health, I would seek to correct this. |

that’s how often you think about it but do you act on it ? As in do you need to release yourself as often as you think about it |

I know how that feels, I've ruined 2 relationships because of my sex addiction, always looking, always thinking about it, everytime I've tried to stop telling myself it's wrong, I just can't help myself to stop..

Addiction is not healthy, and not something to boast about. I would suggest you seek help op, if not, this could very easily affect the rest of your life, and those close to you.. |

70% of those sex addicts are going to have problems when they hit 55 or 60 lol. The vast majority of those would be addicts here seems to think all interest in sex vanishes at around 55 or 60. Theres no such thing as a sex addict. Just normal people being normal ??. |
