I loved them
But it was very cold in Newcastle going to school

You must have had non itchy ones. Even worse were the woolly knickers you had to wear over your normal knickers. I lost them deliberately, maybe that's how it all started... |

They weren't itchy bit always annoyingly too short for my legs, so a very irritating low hanging crotch
