Is it illegal to host a swingers party where consenting adults meet up and have fun in the confines of a private home. Especially where the parties are free
I have been "well informed" that it is... apparently a party near Athlone is going to be raided soon. Shock horror I know.

No you don't. its simple there not above the law just there to implement it. Don't be afraid to say to a guard. You innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.The burden is on them to prove it. |

It's rubbish about the raid. We know that. They definitely would not be announcing it to some "guy" that they are raiding somewhere. Let alone be bothered with a small party that is not causing any issue. Think they are busy enough with the house parties that are causing noise and disorderly conduct over next week anyway.

These parties are not illegal. Now, bringing escorts posed as wives that is illegal. Make sure that everyone only bring their real partner not someone that agreed to attend in exchange for money. Also make sure that no one is selling booze without licence.
Cocaine and we3d are also fun killers.
