That's what I do every year now. Too many miserable ones spent in an abusive relationship make me happy to be alone and glad to be still alive. |

I also don’t think it’s about buying yourself something. I have most things and yes I can treat myself but it’s great when someone gets you something and I don’t mean expensive as for me the thought means a lot more. Could be a candle or oven gloves lol |

It's the thoughts that count. I was so touched yesterday when a local female fabber who heard I was suffering from back pain offered to get me groceries. That restored my faith in human nature  |

Na it's way better, no trying to pick up on hints of what the other person wants and no fear of them hating your gifts plus you can go out as much as you want over the Xmas |
