There are going to be people over the Christmas that genuinely are alone and this includes some people that are on this site so it's important to know there's help available over Christmas for anyone in distress.ive included this info below.
Also the next time you see someone deliberately been picked on, made feel like shit or simply bullied on here (have observed this many times) don't let it go, stand up for your fellow man or woman and basically act like a decent human being.
Hope everyone has a happy and most of all safe Christmas.
Ps please feel free to add additional information about other supports in the comments.

Enjoy what you have.who knows who wont be here next year.I have friends who are spending xmas alone having lost someone dear to them during the year.Appreciate everything good. What theyd give to spend another xmas with their loved ones. Peace and love to all x |

Being trough it and all I can say it's so so hard to fight your own brain. But guys It can be done just keep going force yourself to get up everyday and it will get better and one day you will realise how strong you are. God bless you all x hug |

Christmas is just another day. In fact if you are alone - better spend it alone doing your own thing.
I'm going to paint a painting tomorrow.
Tonight I'm deep cleaning my house.
Our minds are our own enemies - better keep them pre occupied with enough distractions for them not to knock us over from the main path. |

Morning all. Deep breaths folks few hours it will be all over. Advise to anyone feeling low avoid social media for next few hours. Stick some music on and dance around your house keep busy. Thankfully I'm working so will keep my mind off the loneliness xxx |

Thanks op exactly what I needed to read. I was not only dumped 4 days ago but also made homeless. so really appreciated this post today as I have no one n no where to go.. glad to see there is a few genuine ppl left on this site n no I'm not trolling or attention seeking before ppl jump on me I'm just saying this has really helped. Christmas is just another holiday that highlights my singleness. I like my own company but I stay away from social media because that shit would bring ya down!
My friend msgd & said she hoped I got woken up with coffee & breakfast in bed, like she did...I replied with an eyeroll...she knows I'm single.
So if anyone fancies waking me up with breakfast, I don't like coffee. Tea with a splash of milk, no sugar.
