I just had a blissful hour of hot tub bubbles and hot water jets, under the stars, raindrops on my head. A great way to unwind after being in town. Alone with a glass of Prosseco. I think the OP is referring to the GAA school of hydrotherapy.. Ice baths!! Not for me, ever. |
