"Are you good to monitor your health, BP, HR etc or are you the type "if I feel sick I'll go to a doctor"?"
I'd keep an eye on my bp hr all that and try exercise daily as I'm a bigger girl it's important to keep active and healthy and I currently have no health issues |

Having had thyroid cancer at 26, I've had to have bloods done every six months since, my doctor has always taken the opportunity to do other bloods, bp, hr etc. Without this the elevation in my bp in the last couple of years might not have been picked up, as there are typically no symptoms. It's a good idea to be aware of family history too, high bp, breast and ovarian cancer and haemachromatosis are all in mine. |
