It'd be better if I wasn't getting a cold/flu but yes, great not to be 6ft under, or burnt to a crisp, so let's all enjoy it and be safe.

There can never be enough positivity around.
Yes we all get the blues from time to time but never lose sight of what you have.
Every morning when I wake up I list 5 things in my head that I'm grateful for. They can be small mundane things or even the same things I listed the day before but it sets my mindset up in a positive vibe from the start of the day.
I've been doing this for about 2 months now and it does have a positive psychological effect when you repeat the exercise over a period of time. |

The gratitude list is a great way to start your day... it's not just for Christmas try doing it at night also great way to drift off.
