Admin close threads

I posted two status updates recently about how much time I spend reporting fake photos taken from Google. Fab cleared both updates within hours. They don't remove all the pictures I have reported even though they are fake but I am apparently not allowed to mention it! |

What does it matter another "I get nasty mail on annonymos free access website" thread will pop up in a day or two.
Its wrong that it happens but it wont change no matter how many threads are put up.
Fab provides a platform that most if us use correctly and enjoy the benifits.
If they want to shut down threads they deem against their rules so be it |

Yes it would seem that way  . Have had a thread removed for no reason with no explanation . Then when I asked why in another it was locked ??

Miss me xxx had one up about abuse she had on here read the thread nobody named or shamed but because it tells the truth about some of the bad behaviour that happens on here admin closed it down |

Hi guys, I know someone of you know only side of the story but I am telling you the story side of the story.
The story begins when I received a message last nite from a couple ( still have that message). The hubby was asking us if we speak proper English so I felt disrespect er in reading this when someone never took time to read your profile and see your grammar..I think , some couples want to treat other like piece of carbage and when they got back fire then they see it as abuse.I know what I have said back was just for a retaliation and I believe anyone would not take crap from anyone. I am very sorry than some of you only knows that of the stories. We don't discriminate anyone , any race, we read their profile , understood what they want and their desire.
We still have those messages saved..anyone who want to see those messages feel free to ask.
So ladies and gentlemen, you decide if you think if I do speak English or not.

I'm asking why u got upset by being asked I didn't say it's fair cos it's a relatively harmless question to ask anyone without been abused back . It must of triggered you which is a very strange reaction in my opinion . But I don't think I'm going to get any different answer so I'll advise if simple things upset u don't respond just block and move on ..

That's true..but when people think they are smart than you..that's when they got what they deserve..
Advise from us: when you want to ask a question to someone think twice whether or not they will offend them , you need to be on their shoes.
Some people here are different perception on us but that's their opinion .
Of you want to be respected just learning how to respect other.its a simple reciproque.

Advice had been provided to cover the query raised in the OP, so the thread was closed, in line with guidance Admin provide to Forum Mods.

You could say the same about every topic discussed on the forum but only ones closed are ones that discuss the abuse people get on here very selective i wonder why |

Usually find admin closes threads that state they aren't dealing with abuse/bullying issues
They don't like it publicly high lighted they don't give a shit, cant have people opting out of paying a monthly fee |

Think it’s more because it might turn into a legal issue and if it’s discussed here its biased. Same with naming and shaming etc the advice given even though doesn’t solve the problems is good advice for dealing with it. |

Not the answer admin gave first they said there were a few of the same topics up which was a lie than said the answer was given so no need for post anymore sure tell the truth and we might understand how they do their job properly or not |

I believe you are referring to my posts in your comment there.
To clarify - there were originally 3 identical threads. Two were removed.
The third thread had covered all the relevant advice that Admin provide in cases where abuse is sent to members in their mail. So it was closed. That is normal for such threads.
Personally, I can see why it is a good policy to close such threads, because other members were advising that the OP should break Site/Forum Rules by Naming/Shaming - which is not allowed.
Just because you don't get to see or be told what action is taken when reports are received by the Site Admin, does not mean that nothing happens. And what's more - you don't need to know.
I have every faith in the Admin/Mods team of this Site to handle such reports.

I do not agree there were 3 threads up about same topic and i do not have and u am sure other people on here does not have the same faith as you do of adm taking abuse seriously or stamping it out but we may agree to differ |
