Fake are impressive from a distance when done well. They hold a fantastic form.
Do not hold a candle to natural though when it gets down and dirty. Texture and feeling of real far better for me than fake.

I hear the health reasons and those specifics are genuine and great but have to say I love big boobs. Nearly every woman that has them say that they would prefer smaller. I don’t think nderstand why but know that it’s not comfortable but still love that view of releasing the bra and seeing that natural form. |

I actually worked in a US medical device company for 10 years that made silicon breast implants and got to handle every shape and size. They made a great paper weight at the office desk!
At first I was amazed how/why someone would have a procedure for this but I soon realised how life changing it can be for many people, especially when my sister had to have her breast removed at a young age due to cancer.

I've small boobs and no desire to change them, they served me well. By the end of the day the size doesn't matter based on my experience, over sexualised in the Western countries. Tits alone don't define a sexy woman but being in tune and confident with your body does. Cherish what you have and you make most of it. |
