"Thanks. Yeah been on but nobody willing to rent for the afternoon or evening. Not looking an overnight."
Wouldn't blame them but is there not travel lodges or something similar |

"Can't find a hotel to pay cash. All insist on card."
Book with card and pay with cash when you check in? Card is sometimes only to secure the booking....as long as you don't wreck the room they don't apply any additional charges |

I have Air bnb, but as in most places there is a minimum let, often of 2 days or so. And you pay online with credit card. So you want a short let, a few hours. Well, take out fees, laundry, cleaning, and the cost of any damage, insurance, tax, etc and you can see why it would not be good for business to rent for a few hours. |

Go to a post office and ask for a travel debit card they can be used here to pay for accommodation it's simple to get one. No paper trail. As for AirBnB some rooms and apartments are cheap as chips, if you overnight book you can use it for two days depending on what time you book in. So an afternoon tryst can then become a next morning one aswell if you're lucky enough. |
