Okay guys quick question if you say your not interested in someone and they block you would you find it offensive and start badmouthing them to other people or just move on? We tend to block as not to repeatedly text the same people and annoy them but I was in a Kik group tonight and their was people dogging me over it to other potential meet . just want to know others opinions. Am I been totally rude by blocking or is it the easier option not to torment people that have already stated we weren't for them? Which I know we ain't for everyone and I have no problems with that at all! All feedback welcome because I'm seriously confused and considering leaving Fab for good!!  |

No it wouldn't bother me. I have told guys I'm not interested and every few days it weeks get a message again, I hardly have changed my mind in that time. So I sooner be blocked. |

Thanks for your feedback guys .. glad I'm not the only one thinks like this. Just seen the Kik chat got me thinking coz I don't want to come across as rude we give everyone a fair chance but the things they were saying were horrible.. guess I'll just ignore it and leave the childish behavior to them.. |

The way you work things here for yourselves is your choice, not anyone else's. You do what works for you. If blocking helps you keep track of who you've decided is not for you then so be it.
No one is here to follow the rules of other members.
We all do what we do to suit ourselves, our time for meeting is limited enough, if blocking saves you time on finding potential meets then do it
If people have a problem with what you do then it's just that,,,, their problem.
That's just my opinion

Have had a situation where the same guy has mailed me at three seperate times and im not inteterested and he has a bad memory.so block away |

I get a lot of disappointment on this site by having messages read and not answered or deleted. So being blocked would add to that disappointment. But I move on as such is life. |

I don’t block cos I’d be worried I’d come across rude (stupid I know!), particularly if the person was sound and didn’t do anything to upset me etc but I do wonder would it be easier. It’s probably easier to thin out the mails! |

This.......blocked 2 at the weekend because of constant messaging after saying no thankyou. Wouldn't consider it rude just another filter |

Block away, it is your choice who you talk to and will stop the unwanted few that persist on messaging. Your profile, your rules. The block funtion is there for a reason. |

I wouldn’t care about being blocked or Unfriended but I unfriended a couple of people before and they got upset so I dunno... I think I might just go nuclear and start blocking! |

It's great to see so many share the same opinion.. as we all know there is nothing worse than repeat mails over n over when one or the other party just isn't interested.. Thanks guys and good morning to everyone have a great Tuesday

Doesn't bother me if I'm blocked by another profile it's just one of those things
I only block if someone has been rude to me or repeatedly messaging to the point its irritating |

Id leave the kik group before leaving fab......
And be a little more selective about the people you choose to move onto kik conversation with.
Block as much as you want. Thats what its there for |

I personally wouldnt block someone because theyve said no, it would be more caused by repeat mails asking the same questions.. ive also blocked several people over how i see them treating others in thw forums, no time for this 'better than you' attitide..  |

We block to enhance our enjoyment of the site whether it be because of comments in forum, aggressive/persistent messages, or any number of reasons.
We block as frequently as Dikembe Mutombo but without the finger wags (if you get that reference then you are awesome!) |
