Are hangover horns a good or bad thing? Follow up question, do they feel different to regular horns?

Simples. When alcohol is in your system it can surpress the ability to get an erection. The morning after the chemical changes that are required to get wood still persist but the alcohol is now no more. Basically it’s a DeJa Vu horn. Use it wisely.
