How to switch to a couple

Hi when I joined here I was a single man but now I have a lovely German girlfriend. How do I change the profile on here to "couple" ? She is very much in to the swinging lifestyle

Contact admin or just open up a couples profile and get green flagged

At the bottom of the page there is a contact icon..click on that and send them a mail etc..
