Interestingly Christmas markets are a big part of my special ladies income, she's a artist.. We go to Dublin mostly but wondering about Belfast also? Plus it gives us an excuse to be naughty

They are nice to see and very festive but pretty expensive. There is always a great atmosphere and it's always packed.

Belfast

They bring that festive feel to the city. Always a great atmosphere and are usually busy so you never know who you’d bump into. The rest of the city also has a lot to offer at Christmas but will start to get crowded from now.

Here, there & everywhere

Always best to visit during the week we find less crowds. Always nice to buy an overpriced beer, the atmosphere is worth it tho

Very expensive and not really anything I would buy. One year the pig meat bap I got was cold and raw.And they seem always not to have every type of burgers they say that they have. Most the sweet stuff I can buy in Aunt Sandra's the sweet makers near me all year round cheaper.Drinks are cheaper 5 min walk away in the bars.Weekends can be a nightmare to even get a seat.

You can walk through it in less than 10 mins. And once you have seen it ,it's the same stuff every year.

Well I live 10 minutes away by bus lol

Look it's been going for years now anyone who has been a few times can tell you what's going to be there. It's overpriced and packed full over the weekend. And it does a lot of the normal bars and restaurants out of money.so if you want to drink from a plastic glass which is under filled at a lot more cost than you get up the street go for it.

They're lovely to see and walk around but it's all over priced stuff .Will probly go with the family closer to xmas just because it's there .We prefer St George's Market ,indoors where it's alot warmer ,great live music and a little less busy !

St George’s midnight market is probably a better trip and value for money but both are worth it, sure it’s the festive season.

Personally I think it's Shite. The toilets are a fucking no go area.

Porta loo's and no running water.

Every other stall is selling food

I always wonder when the vendors go to the toilet, where the fuck do they wash their hands !!!!!

I always think, if this wasn't ultimately run by the council, they would close it down on the day it opened.

Much much better places to go in Belfast.

I travel all over Ireland and England for work and I can assure you Belfast is the best place you could go for a beautiful meal and a great night out with friendly chatty people.

No need to go near the Christmas market.
