"Can anyone recommend good popular hotels in dublin for a small swing gathering "
City centre or does it matter? Clarion in Liffey valley would be good and reasonably cheap |

*ahem*
I am, ashamedly, something of a connoisseur in this matter....
Depends what exactly the OP wants.... There's cheap and cheerful... Middle of the road... And absolutely opulent...
Also numbers will count for something; if you're planning 20 people a penthouse or several rooms with adjoining doors might be desirable.
If you're planning, say, 8 people... Then two rooms will suffice.
There's also methods to .... um... circumvent... some of the more security conscious hotel's detection methods.
And finally there's location!
My advice would be; wherever you choose, keep it small, keep it respectful and keep it discreet.
Shouldn't be a problem then!
If you'd like more specific suggestions please feel free to PM me... !
Best of luck! |
