Generally clearing the filter and heat exchanger of dirt and dust will fix the problem.
Most of the time with ice machines they have just over heat.
This is something you can do yourself.
Also if the room it is in,is small and hot open the doors and get some cool air in. |

As post above if water is just running through machine pull out and use hoover to clean grills on back turn off water going to it for a bit and let machine ice up clean drip tray at bottom if leaking water if machine filling with water hole in bottom is blocked |
