EFT works very well for me. Easy to do and can literally be done anywhere. Between that and meditation cured a lifetime of anxiety attacks for me. Havnt had one in 6 years. I used to get them at least once a week. |

Meditating - I recommend TM. When you think about it, anxiety is just your imagination going into overdrive in the wrong direction. Mediation helps you live in the here and now a bit more, which helps. |

As well as medatation id recommend journaling. I keep diarys...it helps to write things down.
When all is said and done anxiety is symptomatic of another issue. In order to heal properly you need to get to the root of the problem. Through therapy i learned why i reacted to certain situations like i did and i learned to deal with my demons... not bury them but i learned to control them.
Meditation, exercise, journaling are all great to help maintain a positive mindset but in order to stop the attacks you need to figure out what triggers you, why it triggers you, and how to deal with it. For that you need professional help. Good look OP hope you find a resolution and peace of mind |

This. Keeping a journal can help in figuring out what the triggers are. |
