I was just pondering the idea that while it's been a relatively unenforced law, if it happened to be voted to be kept in the constitution, would there be a bit of pressure to start enforcing it?
The headline I used was just a reference to a Cradle of Filth t-shirt which was banned in some countries during the 90's and even led to some arrests for just wearing it. There was even an incident in New Zealand in 2015 over the t-shirt.
