To me it means a defined waist with bust and hips roughly proportionate to each other - what was traditionally known as the hourglass figure.
And yes. Kelly Brook would be one. |

I’m sure different people have different ideas of curvy. To me it’s an hourglass type of figure, bigger boobs, hips, bum and a smaller waist. To me Kelly Brook is the definition of curvy. |

"Can anyone give me an accurate definition of this when the word is applied to the female form?
Is kelly brook curvy?"
---------------------
One definition of curvy is wide hips, large breasts and a well defined waist so the mathematicians amongst us will probably cite a hip to waist ratio of 70%, etc..
...Myself, I don't deal in decimals as I think curvy is in the eye of the beholder. All about how a woman dresses up and accentuates certain aspects of her bod. Anyway, labels are for jars and what makes any man or woman sexy is a smile & cheeky attitude |

Got this from google..
Despite popular belief, curvy does NOT mean fat. Curvy is an hour-glass figure; large breasts, hips, and butt with a comparatively small waist.
Thin women CAN be curvy, and fat women CAN be curveLESS. It is a body SHAPE, not a body SIZE.

To me curvy is an hourglass figure. I think it's become so diluted lately. In my opinion there is a difference between fat and curvy. No matter how much weight I lose I will always be an hourglass shape whereas if your curviness is weight based you'll lose it if you lose weight.
That's just my opinion. |

Well I consider myself curvy, but I have fat. Never going to be a size 12 or smaller, never going to be skinny but u can deadlift 70kg, squat 50kg.
And have friends who consider themselves curvy and good for them. It's a label doesn't make me any less or better of a person. |
