YouDoodle is pretty good. Allows you to draw/paint or put stickers on pics.

Snapchat if you have it, you can import pics from your camera roll and add all the regular Snapchat stickers.

I use Snapseed and colour splash. What Samsung have you. The filters etc can be decent enough just play around with them
