Flying over to London on Friday. Anyone know how strict they are with their cabin baggage? I haven’t booked priority and apparently they only allow something the size of a woman’s handbag?

I just looking to bring a backpack, not a huge one. One you would use carry a laptop in.

If booked before the new rules came in you should have got an email sayen and that it can be checked in under the Hull for free but if it can fit under seat onfront of you it will be OK just check their baggage policy's online they have the dimensions there

fly there once a month if you dont book priority just means your cabin bag goes in hold at gate but its free.

priority just means you take in cabin and dont have to wait on belts for it to come out.

but they will take every bag from non priority people militant about that

That’s exactly what I needed to know, that they’re anal about the policy.

My experience they already do.... then he will make another rule and switch us all back to the other queue, been going on for years, all to make you pay that extra euro...

we have given up using O’Lesry’s Flying Circus to get us from A to B . It appears to us that with the extra mile to get to or from the airport used , the extra efforts it takes to get checked in , extra charges for anything and every thing ....we are just better of with AerLingus and enjoy a stabile and reliable service level with low to no hassle at all
