I wear one that count steps, heart rate, exercise, time, date,calories, sleep monitor etc.. I'm sure many people do. Amazed that during sex my heart rate gets up to 150BPM and I've burnt 400 calories. What's the typical / highest you've achieved through sex ? |

I find my heart rate and co2 monitors really out people off....
Not sure how accurate these things are when it comes to calorie burn at the best of times tbh |
