OP ad you may read many have different results.
I had it after 2 planned and 2 unplanned lovely kids. It worked 100 % for me as she got pregnant by just sniffing. I was sore for about a week after. I've had friends whom it didn't work 100%  , had friends who suffered and had to go back for a second time as the pain continued too long, had a friend who went back to work the same day and didn't miss any time off.
My surgeon was sadistic as he offered the option of me to watch the procedure in a tall mirror. My look told him to piss off or I'd do it to him lol. |

Yep, got it done...I was one of the idiots that listened to all the dickheads and went back to work....for a 14 hour shift. My balls swelled to the size of 2 good sized kiwis......my heart relocated to my balls!! I went to the chemist to see if there was something she could do for me....I asked her to take away the bruising and leave the swelling...??!!
Anyone 4 years on.....all is good, I can still make a mess and women reckon it still tastes the same....?????????? |

Had the job done myself about 3 years ago. No regrets about it either.
My advice is to shave your ball sack with a new razor. You will understand why when having to remove the plaster after job is done.

Be a real man about it and take a few days off work... rest.. Don't play or excite yourself...Take pain candy and ibuprofen for any swelling. Keep it clean and use a cleaning moisturiser on the stitching area for a week or 10 days. Like any wound watch carefully for any infection and if needed get back to docs quickly. It's a sensitive area for us men. |

Surreal, first the girls in nurses uniforms handle you and if ya hairy give you a shave, all going great although the concentration to not get too excited.... then the fella with a knife arrives

Well when I got it done it was like getting kicked bye a mule and could hardly walk afterwards . It was black and blue for a fortnight . It's definitely worth it . That was a few years ago maybe now it's easier done now . |

I got it done a few years ago. Bit of a traumatic experience during the operation but I’m so happy that I got it. No more scary pregnancy scares or kids for that matter lol  |

Sperm extraction can also be done after vasectomy and IVF attempted, of course this method as well as freezing carries the same issues as all IVF - cost and risk of multiple births. |
